This program is for both new professionals entering the field of economic development and existing professionals including elected officials who want to advance their career and better serve their community. Course Description:
This course offers two certificate opportunities for attendees: 1) Economic Development Certificate from Fresno State & 2) The completion of this training program is the first step toward professional certification by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).

The Economic Development Certificate Program at Fresno State is a 4-day course and each participant is required to attend all modules of the course in order to receive a certificate from Fresno State and completion credit for the IEDC program.
